Refunds & Returns Policy

Because our products are worn on the head and designed for babies and young children, they are classed as hygiene items. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind on any products where the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or removed.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused

  • the hygiene seal/packaging is unopened and intact

  • the item is in its original condition and packaging

Once the hygiene seal is opened, the item is non-returnable for health and hygiene protection.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at liora2814@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

We will:

  • arrange a replacement or

  • offer a refund

where the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item (if unopened and in its original packaging) and place a new order.

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.
