Shipping Policy
We aim to make receiving your Liora order as simple and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your items.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) on all items that are in stock.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, please allow approximately:
📮 5–7 working days for delivery within the UK
During busy periods (such as Christmas, sales or Royal Mail strike action), delivery may take a little longer.
Royal Mail Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, it is in their care. While we do our very best to support you, please understand that:
✔ We do not have control over Royal Mail delivery times
✔ Weather, peak seasons, staffing issues and postal delays may affect delivery
✔ These delays are unfortunately outside of our control
We kindly ask that you allow the full 7 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery costs may apply.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at sehmipreeti@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help investigate.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Part-Delivered Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you will not be charged extra.
Bank Holidays & Weekends
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.
